General Terms (apply to all promotional offers)+
1.1All promotional offers are valid with full-price entry tickets (£18 per person) only.
1.2Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, concession, free pass, or any other reduced-price or complimentary admission. Access arrangements are not promotional offers: a disabled visitor’s essential carer is admitted under our access policy, is not counted as a member of the visiting group for the purposes of an offer, and does not prevent the group from using an offer.
1.3Only one promotional offer may be applied per visiting group, regardless of group size. A visiting group is defined as all individuals arriving and entering together.
1.4All offers are subject to availability and venue capacity.
1.5Explorazone reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer states a fixed end date, that date will be honoured and the offer will not be withdrawn earlier, except where clause 1.8 applies. Admission on any given day remains subject to venue capacity (clause 1.4); if a day is full, the offer stays valid on any other qualifying day.
1.6Offers have no cash value and are not transferable unless explicitly stated.
1.7Proof of eligibility may be required at the door. Where eligibility cannot be verified, the duty manager’s decision applies on the day. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact us using the details in clause 1.12 and we will review it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1.8Explorazone reserves the right to refuse entry or redemption where it reasonably believes an offer is being misused or abused.
1.9These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1.11By redeeming any offer, the visitor agrees to these terms and conditions.

Buy 2 Get 3rd FreeWithdrawn+
Withdrawn from 17 September 2026 (clause 1.5). Existing sign-ups remain on our list and have been invited to the Buy One Get One Free offer in Section 3. Customers holding a Buy 2 Get 3rd Free confirmation issued before 17 September should speak to the duty manager on arrival; any decision to honour it is at the manager’s discretion and is final.
2.1Buy two full-price tickets (£18 each) and receive a third ticket free of charge.
2.2Maximum 3 tickets per redemption (2 paid + 1 free).
2.3One redemption per visiting group, per visit.
2.4Redemption requires showing the WhatsApp, email or screenshot confirmation at the door. Staff will verify the name against the booking list.
2.5The free ticket has no cash value and cannot be used on a separate visit.
2.6This is a sign-up only promotion and not a universal offer. It is available exclusively to customers who follow Explorazone on Facebook or Instagram and have registered for this offer through the official Explorazone page on Meta (Facebook or Instagram). Walk-in customers who have not registered are not eligible. Explorazone reserves the right to decline redemption where sign-up cannot be verified.
2.7Registered customers may redeem the offer once per visit. There is no limit on the number of separate visits, provided the offer remains live at the time of each visit.
2.8This offer ran without a fixed end date and was withdrawn on 17 September 2026 in accordance with clause 1.5. Registration did not guarantee the offer would be available on any future date.
2.9The offer does not apply to group bookings, school bookings, birthday party bookings or any other party or event bookings, whether existing or new. It cannot be used to discount any booking made under a separate rate or package. It applies to standard individual admission only.
2.10The offer applies to future admissions only and cannot be applied retrospectively. Tickets purchased before registering are not eligible and cannot be exchanged, credited or discounted under this promotion. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked in order to claim the offer.
2.11If a paid ticket forming part of a redemption is refunded before the visit, the free ticket is void. Where the free admission has already been used, we may deduct its value (£18) from the refund. No deduction is made where the refund is due to cancellation by Explorazone or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2.12Subject to the general terms in section 1 above.
Buy One Get One Free – Invitation OfferLive+
Saturdays and Sundays only, 19 September to 18 October 2026. An invitation-only offer for existing Explorazone customers and the friends they share it with.
3.1Buy one full-price entry ticket (£18) and receive one standard entry ticket free of charge for the same visit.
3.2Maximum one free ticket per visiting group per visit, regardless of group size or how many members of the group hold an invitation. A visiting group is all individuals arriving and entering together (clause 1.3). Groups may not separate at the door in order to claim more than one free ticket.
3.3This is an invitation-only offer and not a universal offer. It is available only to customers who have received it directly from Explorazone by text message, email or a message from the official Explorazone Facebook or Instagram page, who have claimed it through an Explorazone advertisement or a shared invitation link, or who have been sent it by a friend and completed the Explorazone sign-up.
3.4To redeem, the customer must appear on Explorazone’s offer list and show their invitation or sign-up confirmation (text, email, or a screenshot of either) at reception on arrival. Staff verify the customer against the list by mobile number, or by email address where no mobile match is found. Claims that cannot be verified may be declined. We ask everyone using the offer to follow Explorazone on Facebook and Instagram, and we do not inspect phones at the door to check.
3.5To use the offer, buy one ticket fewer than the number of people in your group, online or at reception, and show your invitation on arrival; the remaining person is admitted free. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets already bought for the whole group or to completed visits, and no refund is given for a ticket that could have been free. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked to claim the offer.
3.6Valid on Saturdays and Sundays only, from Saturday 19 September to Sunday 18 October 2026 inclusive, during public opening hours. Not valid Monday to Friday. The offer ends at closing time on Sunday 18 October 2026.
3.7The offer may be used once per visit. Repeat visits during the offer period are permitted, one redemption per visit.
3.8Full-price tickets only. The offer cannot be used with Late Entry, Returning Customer, over-65 or any other concession, reduced-price or complimentary ticket (clause 1.2). Visitors under 90cm enter free as usual and are not counted, and neither is a disabled visitor’s essential carer admitted under our access policy (clause 1.2).
3.9Not valid for birthday parties or party guests, school, home education, group or Short Breaks bookings, workshops, or any pre-booked group visit.
3.10Cannot be combined with the Birthday Month Offer, Teachers Go Free, a Refer a School family pass, STEMEX or partner vouchers, gift cards or any other offer, promotion or discount. One promotional offer per visiting group (clause 1.3).
3.11The free ticket has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, banked or used on a separate visit. If a paid ticket forming part of a redemption is refunded before the visit, the free ticket is void. Where the free admission has already been used, we may deduct its value (£18) from the refund. No deduction is made where the refund is due to cancellation by Explorazone or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3.12Invited customers may share the offer link with friends and family. Anyone who receives it must complete the sign-up and appear on the offer list before visiting, and we ask them to follow Explorazone on Facebook and Instagram. Sharing is voluntary and is not a condition of the offer.
3.13Sign-up data is held by Coreaxis2 Ltd and used to administer this offer. We will send you your invitation and the messages needed to deliver it. Marketing messages are separate and optional, as set out in Section 7. Privacy notice: explorazone.co.uk/privacy.

Teachers Go Free+
4.1Free entry for one teacher per visit when accompanying at least one child entering on a full-price £18 ticket.
4.2Valid school ID (staff badge, lanyard, or school-issued identification) must be presented at the door.
4.3Valid until 30 September 2026.
4.4One free teacher entry per visiting group, per visit.
4.5This offer is for personal/family visits only. It is not valid for school group bookings. For school trip pricing, contact explorazone@stemex.uk.
4.6The free entry applies to the teacher only. All other members of the visiting group must hold full-price tickets.
Birthday Month Offer+
5.1One free ticket for any person whose birthday falls within the current calendar month.
5.2Proof of birth month is required at the door. Acceptable proof includes: photo ID, driving licence, passport, NHS medical card, or a child’s birth certificate. Staff discretion applies.
5.3Valid for the current calendar month only. The offer resets each month.
5.4One free birthday ticket per person, per birthday month.
5.5Not transferable. The named person must be present.
5.6All other members of the visiting group must hold full-price £18 tickets.
5.7One redemption per visiting group.
Refer a School+
6.1The referrer receives a free family pass (4 tickets, value £72) when the referred school completes a paid group booking at Explorazone.
6.2One referral reward per school. If multiple people refer the same school, the reward goes to the first referrer on record.
6.3The reward is issued within 7 days of the school’s visit being completed and paid for.
6.4Valid referrals must result in a booked and completed school visit by 31 August 2026.
6.5No cash alternative.
6.6The free family pass is subject to all general terms above. All members of the visiting group beyond the 4 free tickets must hold full-price £18 tickets.
6.7The free family pass is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
6.8Explorazone reserves the right to verify the referral. Fraudulent or self-referrals will not be honoured.
Data & Communications+
7.1Messages we send to deliver an offer you have already claimed, such as your sign-up confirmation, your invitation and any reminder about a visit you have booked, are service messages and form part of the offer you asked for.
7.2Messages that promote an offer to you before you have claimed it are direct marketing. We send those by text and email only where you have given us consent, or where you are an existing customer and we are relying on the soft opt-in, and every one of them tells you how to stop. Consent to marketing is never a condition of claiming an offer.
7.3You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or emailing explorazone@stemex.uk. We action opt-outs within 24 hours.
7.4Your personal data is controlled and processed by Coreaxis2 Ltd in accordance with UK GDPR. See our privacy notice at explorazone.co.uk/privacy for the lawful bases we rely on, how long we keep your data and your rights.
7.5We will not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Fair Use & Anti-Abuse+
8.1These offers are intended for genuine visitors to Explorazone.
8.2Explorazone reserves the right to refuse redemption, cancel bookings, or withdraw offers where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, bulk exploitation, or any activity inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
8.3Offers may not be resold, traded, or distributed for commercial purposes.
8.4Creating multiple accounts or sign-ups to claim the same offer more than once is not permitted.
8.5Explorazone’s decision on all matters relating to these offers is final, save for your right to raise a complaint or pursue a claim under the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
